Unfortunately for California, June's election results have not served as the deterrent some may have hoped. November brings a new crop of initiatives bankrolled by some of our nation's most notorious polluters and corporate bad actors.

PG&E spent $46 million of its ratepayer dollars on Prop 16 to make sure our electric rates remain high, without asking the consent of its ratepayers.

...all but one of the donors to the ballot committee opposing Prop 15 comes from either a lobby firm, individual lobbyist, or a lobby employer – including BP's lobby firm, Political Solutions.

Like other big-money players in Proposition 23, Koch Industries runs the risk that it no longer would be the massive corporation it is today if Californians were to vote down the initiative on Nov. 2, and permit regulators to implement AB 32 and reduce carbon emissions.

Industrial polluters from outside of California, including Koch Industries, are stepping up the pressure to kill AB 32, California's landmark climate change law, by flooding millions of dollars into the campaign set to derail the landmark legislation.
