Consumer Issues

How the CFC Responds to Consumer Issues

Our Legislative Committee and our Policy Board adopt CFC positions supporting or opposing proposed legislation or regulations. We testify on the issues at the state capitol, meet with lawmakers, and present our views to regulatory agencies.

CFC conducts outreach to our natural allies, to the press and to the public on these issues. In evaluating potential issues, we consider the most effective use of CFC's resources.
